JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire an Instructional Designer to work remotely for our client! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $38.87/Hour Remote: Anywhere in the US, but must be able to accommodate other US time zones. Part-time: 25-30 hours per week. Possible temp-to-hire based on job performance and business needs. Must have experience with Articulate 360 and Adobe. The Instructional Designer is responsible for creating engaging, effective learning experiences that support organizational goals and enhance employee performance. This role combines expertise in adult learning theory, curriculum development, and digital learning tools to design training solutions that are clear, accessible, and results driven. The Instructional Designer partners closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to translate complex information into high quality learning content. Scope of Work ? Design end to end learning solutions, including e learning modules, instructor led training, blended learning, microlearning, and job aids. ? Develop storyboards, scripts, and prototypes using instructional design best practices. ? Build learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, or similar platforms. ? Partner with SMEs to gather content, validate accuracy, and ensure alignment with business goals. ? Facilitate design meetings, content reviews, and feedback sessions. ? Apply adult learning principles, accessibility standards, and user centered design to create intuitive learning experiences. ? Incorporate interactive elements, scenarios, assessments, and multimedia to enhance engagement. ? Ensure all training materials meet brand, compliance, and quality standards. ? Develop assessments, knowledge checks, and evaluation tools to measure learning effectiveness. ? Recommend improvements to existing courses and learning programs. ? Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations. ? Maintain organized documentation, version control, and content repositories. ? Support LMS administration tasks such as course uploads, testing, and troubleshooting when needed. Basic Qualifications ? Bachelor?s degree in Instructional design, education or related field ? Minimum 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or related role ? Minimum of 3 years of experience working within a matrixed, global organization ? Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Preferred Qualifications ? 3 or more years of design experience using programs such as Adobe, Articulate, Canva, etc. ? Previous experience with a Learn Management System (LMS) ? Previous experience in a regulated industry (e.g., Aerospace and Defense, Manufacturing, healthcare, finance, government) is a plus. ? Experience working within a large corporate environment | |
