JobsRUs.com is seeking Shift Operators to support production operations in a manufacturing facility. This role involves operating production equipment, monitoring output, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Schedule: Days: 7:00 AM ? 7:00 PM Nights: 7:00 PM ? 7:00 AM Rotating schedule (Week 1: 48 hours / Week 2: 36 hours) Pay Rate: Days: $17/hr Nights: $19/hr Responsibilities Operate production equipment according to guidelines Monitor product quality and perform routine inspections Enter basic production data into the system Handle raw materials and finished goods Lift and move materials (20?50 lbs) Follow all safety procedures Report issues to supervisors Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing experience preferred Basic computer skills Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warm environments | |
