Position Summary-
The Operations Administrative Coordinator supports daily site operations by managing time and attendance reporting, budgeting and financial tracking, purchasing and inventory control, and training coordination. This role requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including pivot tables), to develop reports, maintain budget spreadsheets, and track certifications and compliance records. Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy of timecards, aligning payroll data, coordinating meetings, supporting leadership initiatives, and maintaining organized documentation systems. The position demands strong attention to detail, critical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate across departments to support operational goals. This role performs diverse administrative and operational support functions essential to maintaining efficient plant operations.

Leadership (being able to help run certain meetings such as CL meeting and maintain respect for MT?s)
Teamwork (working with others to make sure you accomplish the main goal)
Critical thinking (may be asked to come up with certain spreadsheets for ABM)
Communication (you must work with a lot of other team members, so communication is strong as far as upper management and coworkers)

Perform duties too varied and diverse to be classified in any specific office clerical occupation, requiring knowledge of office systems and procedures.
Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of individual establishments and may include a combination of answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing or word processing, stenography, office machine operation, and filing.
