Schedule: Monday, Thursday: 6:30 AM 4:00 PM Friday: 6:30 AM 10:30 AM Overtime: As needed Essential Duties & Responsibilities Facility & Grounds Maintenance Perform landscaping and site maintenance, including laying mulch and sand Paint and wash basins and facility surfaces Transfer bulk and hazardous chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines Sweep, remove litter and debris, and clean excess oil and other substances from various sites Rake, dig, and grade as needed Emergency Response Respond to emergency situations, including removal of ice, snow, and storm debris Equipment & Shop Maintenance Maintain shop cleanliness Clean and maintain tools and equipment Repair and maintain vehicles and small equipment Conduct routine equipment inspections Administrative Support Assist with setting up emergency equipment Complete time sheets and required documentation Ensure adherence to safety requirements Report inspection findings and resolve routine issues Update and maintain records Perform inventory control Pack and unpack equipment and supplies Process work orders Education & Experience Requirements Ability to read and understand written instructions Ability to follow simple processes and operate machinery at a routine level Education level equivalent to less than high school diploma or GED | |
