Friday, 8:00 AM ? 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $ 22 to $25/hour Start: Immediate need Position Overview JobsRUs.com is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Return Merchandise Customer Service job involves processing product returns by managing return requests, coordinating with customers and internal teams for repairs, replacements, or refunds, and maintaining detailed records. Key responsibilities include verifying product information, ensuring compliance with company policies, resolving issues, and providing reports on return trends to improve customer satisfaction and product quality. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, proficient in Excel, and effective communication. Key Responsibilities Process returns: Authorize and process incoming product returns, including issuing RMA numbers, inspecting items, and managing the receiving process. Customer communication: Act as a point of contact for customers, setting expectations, resolving issues, and following up on return statuses. Internal coordination: Work with internal teams like logistics, customer service, and production to ensure the return process is smooth and efficient. Accurately document all return-related activities and maintain detailed records for tracking, auditing, and reporting purposes. Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies or issues that arise during the return process. ? Compliance: Ensure all returns adhere to company policies and warranty terms. Reporting: Create reports on return trends, warranty issues, and product defects to help product development and management teams. Strong attention to detail and accuracy ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Problem-solving and organizational skills ? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment ? Proficiency with relevant software, and Excel software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems Education: High school diploma or equivalent is generally required, . Technical Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP). o Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and data analysis.
