Ogden, UT | $38-45.00/hr Job Overview- We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintain business systems. This role involves troubleshooting user issues, installing and maintaining hardware and software, and assisting with system upgrades and IT projects. Education & Experience- Bachelor?s degree preferred but not required 3?5 years of IT support experience required Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments Manage and support Active Directory and basic networking Work with users to identify system issues and implement solutions Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software Assist with system upgrades, patching, and IT projects Troubleshoot complex user and system issues Follow IT security and compliance standards Document incidents and resolutions within the ticketing system Preferred Experience- IT support experience in a manufacturing plant environment | |
