Job Title: Dough Mixer / Production Associate Company: Jessie Lord Bakery Location: Torrance, CA Pay: $18.75 ? $20.00 per hour Schedule: Must be available to work 1st or 2nd shift Job Summary: Jessie Lord Bakery is seeking a Dough Mixer / Production Associate responsible for preparing dough for production lines while maintaining product quality and food safety standards. This role involves following formulas, operating industrial mixers, preparing ingredients, and supporting overall bakery production. Key Responsibilities: ? Prepare and mix dough according to production formulas ? Set up and check equipment before production ? Measure and add ingredients to industrial mixers ? Monitor dough temperature and adjust as needed ? Label and track batches, including lot numbers and materials used ? Complete production paperwork and report equipment issues ? Train new employees and follow food safety and GMP guidelines Requirements: ? Ability to understand directions in English and/or Spanish ? Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs ? Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods in a production environment ? Experience with mixers, scanners, or basic computer systems preferred ?
