Job Title: Production Line Lead ? Bakery Company: Jessie Lord Bakery Location: Torrance, CA Pay: $18.75 ? $19.75 per hour Schedule: Must be available to work 1st or 2nd shift Job Summary: Jessie Lord Bakery is seeking a reliable Production Line Lead to support our bakery production team. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient production line while maintaining high product quality. The ideal candidate will help oversee daily operations, support team members, and ensure food safety and GMP standards are followed. Key Responsibilities: ? Operate and monitor the bakery make-up production line ? Set up equipment and perform machine changeovers ? Train and support team members while delegating tasks ? Review production schedules and coordinate with management ? Monitor quality control and production efficiency ? Complete production paperwork and report equipment issues ? Ensure all employees follow safety and GMP guidelines Requirements: ? Ability to understand directions in English and/or Spanish ? Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs ? Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment ?
