We are seeking to hire a Temporary HR Business Partner for our client in Westbrook, ME! $37.90-47.88/Hour 6 Month Assignment for short term coverage of a full time employee on leave Location: Onsite- Westbrook, ME Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5:30pm Experience: Intermediate- 3+ years prior experience as an HR Business Partner or similar, commensurate experience TOP (3) REQUIRED SKILLSETS: ? Business Partnering & Execution: Translate goals into people plans; drive day to day HR execution (talent moves, employee relations cases, org changes) with speed and judgment. ? Change Enablement & Coaching: Plan and support change at team/department scale; coach people leaders on performance, engagement, and org health. ? HR Operational Acumen: Practical understanding of policy differences and compliance basics. Ability to independently resolve routine matters as they arise in partnership, as necessary, with the business and relevant supporting functions (Legal, ER, Compensation, etc.). NICE TO HAVE SKILLSETS: ? Org Design Lite: Experience supporting restructures, spans & layers tuning, and role architecture alignment. ? Data Informed Decision Making: Use people analytics (attrition, talent flow, engagement, DEI) to spot issues, prioritize actions, and measure outcomes. ? Talent Planning: talent planning/calibration and succession discussions. Actioning targeted development/succession actions. In This Role You Will: ? Provides HR leadership to Management and Employees which fosters engagement and align people with the direction of the business to drive results. ? Serve as a key, trusted advisor to leadership on business direction, particularly related to people aspects of the business. ? Help business leaders identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, talent pipelines, behaviors, structures and processes, supported by data and analysis. ? Use insights about likely future changes in people and organizational behavior to assist in development of business future direction and strategy. ? Align HR direction with business goals and longer-term business requirements. ? Identify new opportunities where HR can add business value. ? Act as a liaison between the line and HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs. ? Facilitate COEs to develop and implement HR programs as needed, including organizational development, leadership development, talent acquisition, employee relations, talent analytics, compensation, benefits and others. ? Seek opportunities to deliver HR programs to benefit business and align with overall company, as appropriate. ? Personally, participates in certain critical HR business activities led by COEs, such as key hires, organizational development discussions, employee relations issues, learning and development strategies and other areas as appropriate. ? Provide advice and coaching to employees as needed. ? Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns. ? Direct employees to utilize HR service centers as appropriate to handle transactional-oriented requests, for maximum efficiency. ? Build business knowledge, including organizational strategy, competitive strengths, industry dynamics, profit levers, customers and competitors. ? Understand social, political, economic, environmental, technological, and demographic trends that impact the business and translates these trends into business implications. ? Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations and best practices impacting human resources activities and incorporates into work as appropriate. What You Need to Succeed: ?
