Position Overview We are seeking a Talent Advisor to support recruitment efforts during a period of increased hiring demand for management-level positions. This role will focus on high-volume, full-cycle recruiting and will play a key role in supporting recruitment staff and organizational restructuring initiatives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivering accurate results. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of open positions. Screen resumes and manage candidate pipelines through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Leverage job boards and recruiting tools to source qualified candidates. Support recruitment staff with ongoing hiring initiatives and organizational changes. Assist with new union hire orientations. Track candidate progress and hiring metrics using Excel spreadsheets and reporting tools. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure hiring goals are met. Maintain accuracy in reporting recruitment data and hiring statistics. Required Qualifications Bachelor?s Degree required. Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience. Experience handling high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment. Strong experience with resume screening and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced experience creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets with multiple data points for tracking and reporting. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience with union environments. Recruiting experience within utility, engineering, or telecom industries. Proven ability to meet strict deadlines and deliver results. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate reporting metrics. A strong personality with the ability to keep teams aligned and on track. Team Environment Collaborative team of 10+ professionals.
