Job Description
The Project Management team is focused on optimizing productivity in the creative process to make great work efficiently. Project Managers partner with creative and strategy leads in driving exceptional delivery and creative problem solving. We are logistical experts who think big picture while keeping an eye on the details, using strong communication, organization, and project management skills to support and empower the team to do their best work. Primary focus includes supporting the buyer, seller, and shopper audiences. There's heavy emphasis on digital work, particularly email campaigns, newsletters, and integrated marketing campaigns. There's a mix of short cycle work and longer term campaign work.

Responsibilities
Senior Project Manager to deliver marketing campaigns in partnership with cross-discipline stakeholders. A trusted partner to creative leads to make sure the work is creatively excellent and developed on strategy, time and on budget. This role requires a strong but caring lead who is invested in the success of the team and sets the bar high.

Use creative problem solving skills to deliver results in a fast-moving, innovative environment
Guide work toward the best possible outcome, with an eye toward team and business priorities
Shape an evolving process rollout across our team and larger marketing Organization
Aspire toward Program Management
Deliver large scale, complex projects, utilizing junior PM resources on the team for support
Drive scoping and resourcing with team and stakeholder leads
Develop timing, resource, delivery and risk mitigation plans with buy in from team leads, and socialize with working teams and parties
Work with business leaders to develop project roadmaps and forecasts
Guide work through the creative development process, insuring it?s in line with strategy and objectives
Bring expertise in Project Management, problem solving and facilitation skills to keep team and stakeholders aligned on priorities and tracking through all phases of project delivery
Be responsible for understanding and reporting highlights and key wins and related to your projects

Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of project management experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate business results and priorities to stakeholders at all levels and visualize complex information
Extensive experience working with creative teams and an understanding of how to get the best output from a creative studio
Experience managing complex and demanding stakeholders, facilitating working sessions and driving consensus
Able to maintain composure in stressful situations
A solution oriented problem solver

? Google Suite (fully Google based environment)
? Comfort navigating Figma (for reviews, not creation)
? Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems (Orange Logic)
