Position Summary:
The RGM Food Service On-Premise (FSOP) Business Analyst plays a key role in driving profitability within the FSOP channel by supporting the development of strategic pricing, data analysis, and performance insights. This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing data, building forecasts, and providing actionable recommendations to support informed business decisions. The analyst will work closely with the Planning and Performance Manager (PPM) and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the development of FSOP pricing strategies and guidelines to enhance profitability and assist sales teams in decision-making
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from internal systems to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Provide ongoing and ad hoc analysis to support the FSOP Planning and Performance Manager (PPM) and team initiatives
Partner with FSOP and sales teams to develop and implement programs that drive profitable growth
Conduct forward-looking forecasting and performance analysis, identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Maintain and validate master data across systems, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
Analyze system usage and reporting tools, recommending enhancements and ensuring adoption of improvements
Assist in the development and validation of automated reporting systems and data alignment processes
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics, data mining, deep-dive analysis, and project management
Strong knowledge of data systems, analytical tools, and technical methodologies
Experience with statistical analysis, modeling techniques, and data interpretation
Proven ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to present data clearly to support business decision-making
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive process improvements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Education:
Bachelor?s degree preferred
