Position Summary
The Operator I ? Other Production role is responsible for performing a variety of tasks involved in the manufacture and assembly of medical devices. This position includes setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Work on multiple assembly lines, including cartridge filling, applicator assembly, and packaging.
Adhere to all GMP requirements and manufacturing procedures.
Build products according to production schedules using hand tools and small power tools.
Test and calibrate parts to ensure they meet specifications.
Assist manufacturing engineering with equipment maintenance.
Support R&D prototype builds.
Maintain organization and cleanliness in the production and cleanroom areas.
Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and CMDR standards.
Perform inspections, tests, and quality checks as needed.
Complete cleaning tasks according to the cleaning schedule.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Level I: 6 months to 3 years related experience
Level II: 3 to 5 years related experience
Level III: 5+ years related experience
Familiarity with standard industry concepts and procedures.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to read, interpret, and understand written specifications in English.
Ability to perform basic math and use measurement tools (e.g., microscopes).
Ability to work flexible or extended hours and maintain reliable attendance.
Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Willingness to rotate tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; occasional lifting/moving up to 50 lbs. Reasonable accommodations available.
