This person must be able to ?hit the ground running?, I don?t have the luxury of training or providing a long ramp-up. Skills: Must have some (~3 yrs) experience working with networks and must be familiar with network terminology, protocols, technology (SW and HDW), architecture, and access. Cisco Routing & Switching, ISE, and WiFi are the most needed skills. Education: CCNA preferred but not required. Must be familiar with network terminology, protocols, technology (SW and HDW), and architecture. Background: I would like to see a history of working in a NOC or Network Support Team. | |
