Material Coordinator Pay: $27/hour Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Interviews: Phone interview and then In person interviews with hiring manager. Benefits: 401k Health, Dental, Vision Insurance after 90 days Temp to Perm Opportunity (45 to 90 days) Supplemental Health insurance Job Summary We are seeking a Material Coordinator to support daily material handling and deliveries within a production, lab, and warehouse environment. This role is responsible for receiving, logging, staging, and delivering materials to Production, R&D, and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities Receive, verify, and log incoming materials and packages Deliver materials, clean glassware, containers, copy paper, and supplies to designated locations Unload deliveries and process materials in SAP Handle chemical, biological, hazardous, and temperature-sensitive materials according to procedures Maintain accurate records and inventory levels Keep warehouse and work areas clean and organized Follow all safety, EH&S, and regulatory requirements Provide professional and timely customer service Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2 to 4 years of material handling, shipping/receiving, or warehouse experience Intermediate computer skills; SAP experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted Strong communication and customer service skills Technology Experience: SAP Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Work Environment Lab, warehouse, and office setting## BD04123JD | |
