Pay Rate: $17.00 to $17.50/hour
Shift: Monday through Friday | 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Position Summary
We are seeking a medical device assembler to perform detailed inspection activities on manufactured medical device products to ensure they meet defined quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, capable of following written procedures, and enjoys working in a structured, team-based manufacturing environment.
Primary duties involve opening products using small tools or machines and inspecting components under a digital microscope to assess functionality. The associate may also support additional manufacturing operations including assembly, testing, and packaging. Strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Inspect manufactured products to verify compliance with quality and regulatory standards
Use small tools and machines to open products for internal inspection
Examine components using a digital microscope to assess functionality
Accurately document inspection findings and communicate results as required
Follow all SOPs, quality guidelines, and safety procedures
Assist with fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Previous experience in medical device manufacturing required
Ability to read, write, interpret, and understand specifications in English
Basic math skills for measurements and simple calculations
Experience using basic inspection and measurement tools, including microscopes
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to rotate into different tasks as needed

Preferred Skills
Medical device inspection or quality background
Experience working under regulatory and SOP-driven environments
Strong teamwork and reliability

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly
Occasionally lift or move up to 30 lbs
Capable of standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods
