Pay Rate - $14.50 Buckner, TX Contract - 4+ months Shift- 1st, 5AM START TIME Position Summary- The Delivery Helper supports route drivers in the efficient delivery, stocking, and merchandising of products across multiple retail locations. This role involves unloading shipments, organizing backroom inventory, and ensuring shelves and displays are fully stocked and visually appealing. The position requires a high level of physical activity, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to varying schedules and store environments. The Delivery Helper plays a key role in maintaining product quality, store organization, and a positive working relationship with store personnel. Key Responsibilities- Delivery Support Assist drivers with unloading products at assigned store locations Transport products from delivery areas to shelves, racks, coolers, and display spaces Operate basic material handling equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks Stocking and Merchandising Stock shelves and replenish inventory to maintain proper product levels Rotate stock to ensure older products are positioned at the front Set up, maintain, and dismantle promotional displays Ensure product areas, shelves, and coolers are clean and organized Install and maintain product signage as directed Back Room and Inventory Support- Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible back room Properly store and group excess inventory Identify and separate damaged or defective products Assist with basic documentation and store reporting as needed Team Collaboration and Compliance- Follow all directions provided by the route driver Maintain professional and respectful interactions with store staff Adhere to company policy by entering stores only with authorized full-time personnel Comply with all safety procedures and site access requirements Qualifications- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and prolonged standing Flexibility to work varying hours and travel to different store locations Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail NOTE: All workers will be subjected to Temperature Monitoring prior to entering the facility. Face Covering Required at all times while at facility. Attire- Non-Logo Tee Shirt Red, Blk, or Grey- Non Log Baseball cap if applicable Proper safety footwear required (steel toe, puncture resistant sole, and provide above the ankle protection) as specifically stated below: Foot Protection ? Provide ANSI Z41-compliant or local country-equivalent protective footwear. ? CCSWB Safety Shoe Specification: Puncture Resistant (Kevlar bottom); Class 75 protective toe; Slip-resistant soles that meet Mark II LS-oily/wet test at .35/higher and a minimum of 6? inches or higher. | |
