Join the Champion Power Equipment team as a Customer Service Representative and play a pivotal role in providing top-notch service to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include: ? Engaging with customers over incoming calls, offering support and solutions to their inquiries. ? Proficiently navigating and utilizing the Business Central system to process customer orders seamlessly ? Delivering comprehensive product and service information, ensuring customers are well- informed and satisfied ? Identifying and promptly escalating issues to supervisors, ensuring efficient resolution ? Employing resourcefulness to gather necessary information and address customer concerns effectively ? Demonstrating adeptness in handling and resolving customer complaints using relevant software ? Processing orders, forms, and applications accurately, maintaining a high standard of efficiency ? Skillfully directing calls to the appropriate resources, optimizing customer assistance ? Documenting all call details meticulously following established standard operating procedures ? Proactively recognizing and documenting emerging customer call trends, promptly informing the management team ? Conducting follow-up on customer calls when required, ensuring thorough issue resolution ? Maintaining organized call logs and generating insightful reports for review ? Undertaking additional assigned duties with enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence Required Skills/Abilities: ? Showcasing a strong command of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, enhancing your efficiency and output ? Exhibiting exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage customers effectively ? Thriving in a collaborative team environment, contributing positively to collective goals ? Demonstrating adeptness in prioritization and multitasking, even in a dynamic and fast- paced setting ? Adapting seamlessly to a rapidly changing environment, displaying resilience and resourcefulness ? Employing strong interpersonal skills and showing empathy, particularly in challenging situations ? Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing clear and accurate information and solutions. ? Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions by offering appropriate solutions and guidance Fluency in English. French or Spanish (Bilingual) would be an asset Education and Experience: ? Possess a High School diploma or its equivalent ? Bring in 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally within a call center setting ? Mechanically incline (must) ? Hold 2+ years of expertise in outdoor power equipment and/or four-stroke small engine repairs & maintenance (preferred) | |
