Weekly Pay! $31.00/Hour This is a fully remote Recruiter position supporting a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment. The recruiter must be based in the Eastern Time Zone and have a dedicated home office setup that allows for a professional and productive remote work experience. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple warehouse locations for a foodservice distribution company. The focus will be on high-volume roles, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple requisitions at once. Positions you will recruit for include Warehouse Order Selectors, Class A & B Delivery Drivers, and Class A Shuttle Drivers. Success in this role requires the ability to move candidates efficiently through the hiring process while maintaining a positive candidate experience and meeting hiring goals. | |
