Location: Shorewood, IL Job Type: Full-Time Hours: Sunday- Friday Pay: $24 based on experience 1st Shift : 7 am to 3:30 pm Summary/Objective: JobsRUs.com id hiring Customer Service Representative provides a high level of service to both internal and external customers by handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. This role coordinates closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Essential Functions Process client orders, receipts, and order confirmations Communicate with carriers and maintain account records Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate customer and order data within internal systems Perform order entry, inventory checks, and receipt processing using WMS Prepare daily reports, spreadsheets, and worksheets Ensure accuracy in order entry and billing inquiries Track and document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions Provide updates to customers regarding order status and changes Assist with monthly billing and charge code entry Prepare shipping and logistics documents (BOLs, invoices, packing lists, labels) Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of related experience Experience in distribution or fulfillment environments preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor at all times | |
