Manufacturing Production Test Technician
Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday?Friday, 2:00 PM ? 10:30 PM
Training Schedule: 6:00 AM ? 2:30 PM (First 4?6 weeks)

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Production Test Technician to support the testing, troubleshooting, and configuration of vial-fill systems. This role is critical in ensuring all equipment meets quality, performance, and customer requirements prior to shipment.

Key Responsibilities
Testing & Quality
Perform functional testing of vial-fill machines
Validate performance, accuracy, safety, and reliability
Document test results, defects, and corrective actions
Ensure all units meet quality and customer specifications
Troubleshooting & Repair
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues
Interpret schematics and use diagnostic tools to identify failures
Perform repairs, calibrations, and adjustments
Collaborate with Engineering and Technical Support teams
Configuration & Software
Install software and perform firmware updates
Configure machines based on customer requirements
Verify accuracy of programmed settings and labeling
Production & Collaboration
Align tasks with production and shipping priorities
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Provide feedback for process improvements
Assist in training new team members
Documentation & Compliance
Accurately document work in MES systems
Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED required
AAS in a technical field preferred OR
3?5 years of hands-on experience with electronics or electromechanical systems

Skills & Requirements

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Experience using multimeters and diagnostic tools
Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electrical, and software)
Ability to follow detailed procedures and documentation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Mechanical aptitude required
Reliable transportation required
Additional Requirements
Background check required prior to start
Drug screening not required
Steel/composite toe safety shoes required (safety glasses provided)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
