Job Duties and Requirements: Requires advanced process and systems knowledge where associates perform in Specialist or Lead roles in a department or functional area. Assists in communication of direction of workflow and/or interface with internal and external customers. These responsibilities include all functions listed below that are performed in accordance with documented processes and procedures to ensure accurate shipment to our customers based on inventory tracking processes. Team support responsibilities include: delegations of daily work, OJT training, complex troubleshooting of issues encountered, facilitates department PWI and safety training updates, performs audits of production work and provides reporting to leadership. Communicates with functional leaders regarding department project status and issues encountered Inventory Control research and reconciliation Supports troubleshooting of cycle-counting process. Collects data and prepares Cycle Counting reporting to distribute to Operations teams to provide inventory accuracy data weekly May provide recommendations to improve efficient inventory accuracy and material handling What You Bring: To excel in this role, you should have: ? Education: High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience. ? Language Skills: Ability to read, speak, and understand English (preferred). ? Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of consumer electronics and the ability to follow setup and testing instructions. ? Computer Skills: Ability to operate computers and navigate the web with ease. ? Attention to Detail: Perform precise data entry and visually inspect assets for defects. ? Time Management: Work semi-independently and manage your time effectively. ? Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, reach, and handle products throughout your shift. ? Warehouse Savvy: Comfortable working in an environment exposed to varying temperatures, dust, pollen, fumes, and noise. Equipment Provided: You will be equipped with all necessary tools and safety gear, including carts, computers, cut-resistant gloves, facemasks, latex gloves, manual pallet-jacks, tape dispensers, and safety knives.
