JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist for our client in Plant City, FL! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $18.86/Hour M-F 8-5:00 Software Experience: Some Excel. AS400 preferred Dress Code: Business Casual Skills needed- Accounts Payable background, Expense background. Hard working The candidate will be processing invoices, customer credits, clearing AP Trial Balance, and processing freight invoices, amongst other Accounts Payable duties. This position charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries, pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; verifying federal id numbers; resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; insuring credit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendment; preparing checks, protects organization's value by keeping information confidential and continuously improve the payment process, and reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. | |
