JobsRUs.com is hiring an Equipment Operator to support warehouse operations by safely and efficiently operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks. This role is responsible for moving materials for production, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining inventory flow, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse setting while communicating with team members, leads, and supervisors. Responsibilities Complete daily forklift safety inspections and report issues to warehouse leadership Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload tractor-trailer trucks manually or using powered equipment Move materials to production and staging areas Read customer orders, shipping orders, and work orders to determine product movement and quantities Receive inbound shipments by unloading, counting, and labeling materials Prepare outbound shipments by identifying, counting, and loading products Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and product movement Perform hand stacking and manual pack-off duties as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist other departments and complete additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum 6 months of warehouse or equipment operating experience preferred Forklift and warehouse equipment certification required Experience using RF scanning equipment preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and safety procedures Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required JobsRUs.com Benefits Weekly pay via direct deposit, paper check, or pay card ACA-compliant health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) program Online employee portal to manage withholdings and view/print pay stubs We look forward to working with you ?
