Manufacturing Technician Pay Rate: $23.50/hr Shift: 3rd Shift, 12:00 AM ? 8:00 AM Schedule: Sunday ? Thursday Interview Type: In-person interviews required JobsRUs.com is hiring a Production Equipment Operator / Production Mechanic with strong hands-on mechanical troubleshooting experience. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, repairing, changing over, and maintaining production equipment while supporting quality, safety, and production standards. Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment. Repair machine breakdowns and support equipment uptime. Perform changeovers, adjustments, cleaning, and preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot speed, waste, and mechanical issues. Maintain accurate production, downtime, and maintenance logs. Perform required quality checks and follow safety procedures. Work in a team environment and support continuous improvement. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Mechanical troubleshooting experience required. Hands-on mechanical background required. Experience using feeler gauges and tools to measure tolerances, torque, and clearances. Familiarity with gearboxes, conveyors, chain drives, cams, bushings, pneumatic systems, vacuum systems, and ball valves. Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs. Clear and legible handwriting for documentation. Helpful Experience: Auto mechanic, HVAC, machinist, low-voltage electronics, sensors, or high-speed manufacturing experience. Important: Eye exam required upon hire. Must meet 20/30 vision requirement with or without corrective lenses and/or pass a color vision exam. BD04123JD | |
