Pay Rate - $28.75/hr 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Contractor to support the servicing and administration of commercial property and casualty insurance accounts. This individual will work closely with clients, carriers, producers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with agency standards. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with working knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day service and support for commercial lines insurance accounts. Assist clients with policy inquiries, coverage questions, endorsements, certificates of insurance, renewals, and billing issues. Process policy changes and maintain accurate account documentation. Communicate effectively with insurance carriers, underwriters, clients, and internal staff regarding policy servicing needs. Prepare and manage insurance-related documents, correspondence, and reports using Microsoft Office applications. Review policies and account information for accuracy and completeness. Support renewal processes by gathering updated information and preparing documentation. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with agency procedures and insurance regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Provide professional written and verbal communication to clients and business partners. Required Qualifications Active Property and Casualty Insurance License. Bachelor?s degree required. One (1) year of experience handling commercial lines insurance accounts may be considered in lieu of a degree. Knowledge of commercial lines property and casualty insurance products and servicing procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, professional, and customer-service oriented. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Three (3) years of related commercial lines insurance experience preferred. Experience working with commercial accounts in an agency or brokerage environment. Familiarity with insurance management systems and carrier portals.
