Location: Mentor, OH
Schedule: Full-Time, 1st Shift

Position Overview-
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cell Technician to perform a variety of simple to complex assembly and testing functions in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assembling components, operating testing equipment, verifying calibration, conducting audits, and ensuring all final assemblies meet customer specifications and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
Perform assembly operations using approved manufacturing techniques
Read, interpret, and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and procedures
Operate testing equipment and verify calibration accuracy
Conduct test audits and record required measurements
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with customer specifications
Make adjustments and corrections to non-conforming assemblies
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tooling as directed
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
Assist in training and supporting team members as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and FOD-free work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
Learn new processes and maintain proficiency across assigned workstations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Must meet U.S. Person status requirements
Ability to read, write, and understand technical instructions and drawings
Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Comfortable using technology and computer systems in a manufacturing setting
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
Experience using measuring tools, gauges, and testing equipment
Experience identifying and resolving quality issues
Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environments
